I thought I'd give a bit of an update on how the planning is going.
1. Everyone is paid in full, well everyone I know for sure is coming, lol.
2. Flight is booked and has so far saved us $50
3. 2 Excursions are booked
- Belize Cave Tubing from Cavetubing.com- they were having a sale for $40pp and no down payment, SCORE!
- Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel all inclusive side for about $49pp with a $5pp deposit. Exciting.
4. Travel insurance (at least on my side) booked.
5. Started putting money away for spending, check!
6. Pulled out a lot of my "cruise clothes" to see if they still fit, check
7. Waiting on stores to start the end of summer sales so I don't have to pay full price for new cruise clothes, check
8. Trying to lose 25lbs in five months....................I'll get there.
We still haven't booked a pre-cruise hotel yet, but it looks like the downtown Hyatt is going to be the best deal since my friends can get a government rate for $170. Most other hotels are going for $289.
We are currently at 155 days until the cruise
