I thought this time I might start off doing a pre-cruise review so I won't have to re-touch on this info. when the cruise is over and so far past my memory that it serves no purpose.
So the cast (that I know of):
Me: Cruise number 7, 5th with Carnival
Carma: friend and g/f to Matt
Matt: friend from college and b/f to Carma
Carma & Matt's work friends: I don't know these ppls.............yet.
Ship: Carnival Liberty
Sail Date: November 3rd 2012
Itin.: Eastern to Cozumel, Belize, Roatan, Grand Cayman
My room: 7440 Aft Wrap
My friends: I won't say the room number, but its a Junior Suite
Countdown began at: 367 days (about a week after I got back from my last cruise :p)
Current days: 213 (set to 4pm leaving time on Nov. 3rd)
What we have done so far:
1. Booked the cruise
2. Matt and Carma are paid in full
3. I'm (Brooke) one paycheck away from paid in full
4. Purchased Plane tickets:
GSO to MIA, non-stop, early morning for $225.60 roundtrip
MIA to GSO, non-stop, 6:45pm flight (downer, but the price was too good)
5. I've started cruise shopping (OF COURSE).
What we need to do:
1. Book a pre-cruise hotel (prices downtown are harsh, but I think being that close to port and in walking distances of some eating places and happenings -since we will be in by 8am-will be better)
2. Pick excursions and book
3. Deciding our alcohol strategy. lol.
Did I mention I have the aft wrap to myself, so far. Paid full price, but it might be nice.
As we add things to our list........I will update with more post.
